Sigma Alpha Zeta Sorority was established at California
State University, Fresno in 1992. It began with a group of women from
various backgrounds, interests, and ethnicity who were in search of
friendship, networks, support, commitment and security; all of which are
part of an eternal sisterhood. Each individual had their own personal goals,
however together they strive for success in higher education and
improvements of the community.
